Ms. Milsark specializes in marketing, consumer behavior, and survey research and quantitative analysis in litigation. She has assisted clients in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery and data production, expert report development, deposition preparation, and trial support. Ms. Milsark has conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses in support of academic experts and provided consulting support to attorneys in matters across a variety of industries, including technology, telecommunications, media, retail and consumer packaged goods, health care, and consumer financial products. She has experience across a range of methodologies used to assess consumer attention, expectations, interest, understanding, and purchase likelihood, including experimental and survey techniques, analysis of user-generated content, application of academic literature involving marketing and psychology, and analysis of consumer behavior patterns. Ms. Milsark has extensive experience conducting large-scale quantitative data analyses in complex litigation and regularly supports counsel and experts in developing and implementing methodologies to assess exposure, class-wide impact, liability, and damages across a range of litigation contexts.
