For the purposes of this Notice, personal information does not include:

  • Publicly available information from government records.
  • Deidentified, aggregated or anonymized information that is maintained in a form that is not capable of being associated with or linked to you.
  • Information excluded from the CCPA's scope, such as information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.
  • Information relating to our employees, contractors and other personnel.

    • the categories of personal information we have sold about you; and
    • the categories of third parties with whom we have shared, disclosed for a business purpose, or sold your personal information, and which categories of personal information we have sold to which categories of third parties.
  • Request that we delete their personal information.
  • Opt-out of the sale of their personal information.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

Exercising Your Rights

Requests for Information

California residents may request that we provide certain information about our use of their personal information, as specified above, by contacting us at 866-425-0020 or DataIntake@analysisgroup.com.

Upon receiving a request for information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity.  If we are able to verify your identity, we will respond to your request by: (a) providing the requested information; or (b) explaining to you why the Act does not require us to provide the requested information.

We will respond to requests for information within 45 days. If a response requires additional time, we will notify you of the basis for the delay and may extend our response period up to an additional 90 days.  If the Act requires us to provide the information you have requested, we will provide the information covering the 12 months preceding the request, free of charge, and in a readily useable portable format.  We have no obligation to provide personal information to you more than twice in a 12-month period.  If a request or series of requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee for processing the request(s), or may refuse to process the request(s).

Requests to Delete

California residents may request that we delete their personal information by contacting us at 866-425-0020 or DataIntake@analysisgroup.com.  Upon receiving a request from you, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity.  If we are able to verify your identity, we will respond to your request by: (a) deleting your personal information and, if applicable, directing our service providers to delete your personal information; or (ii) explaining why the Act does not require us to delete your personal information.

If a request or series of requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee for processing the request(s), or may refuse to process the request(s).

Requests to Opt Out

California residents may opt out of the sale of their personal information by contacting us at 866-425-0020 or DataIntake@analysisgroup.com.  However, please know that we do not currently sell personal information triggering the Act’s opt-out requirements.  We do allow certain service providers, like Google Analytics, to collect information about consumers directly through our Site for purposes of analyzing and optimizing our Site and services.  You may opt out of Google Analytics here.

Once we have received a directive from you not to sell your personal information, we will not sell your personal information unless and until you subsequently provide express authorization for the sale of your personal information.  We will not ask you for permission to sell your personal information for 12 months after receiving a request to opt out.  We will only use information that you provide in submitting a request to opt out for purposes of processing the opt-out request.

Minors

If we have actual knowledge that you are under 16 years of age, we will not sell your personal information unless you – or, if you are less than 13 years of age, your parent or guardian – affirmatively “opt in” to the sale of your information.
