Our formal employee-founded and employee-led affinity groups are open to all offices, roles, and individuals across the firm. They support equitable and inclusive talent and business practices through a variety of programs and initiatives, including intern and new hire programming, mentoring circles and coffee chats, networking events and workshops, work-life events and workshops, parenting events and workshops, cultural events, firm training programs, firm speaker events, and engagement surveys.
