The health and wellness of our employees is at the core of our benefits offerings. Analysis Group has put careful thought into providing a benefits program that provides our valued employees and their families with the choice and flexibility necessary to meet their needs.
Health and Dental Care
Eligible employees have the choice of three preferred provider organization (PPO) medical plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, including a high-deductible health plan with a health savings account. Dental insurance coverage is provided by Delta Dental. Medical and dental coverage are heavily subsidized by AG, and premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.
Retirement Plan with Competitive Matching
AG offers a 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments. Eligible employees contribute via pre-tax or Roth after-tax dollars, and receive generous matching contributions from the firm.
Disability and Life Insurance
Life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and long-term disability coverage are provided by Lincoln Financial. Short-term disability coverage provides a generous income replacement for employees who are out of work due to illness or injury.
Remote and Flexible Work Arrangements
At AG, we are committed to developing and retaining talent, and want to foster an environment in which we are as engaged and productive as possible. To that end, we believe that it’s best for us to be together in the office most of the time, and that our collective presence in the office is vitally important for the collaboration, mentorship, networking, and cultural cohesion that make AG such a special place. We also believe that over the long term, most of us will have more career growth and offer better support to one another if we are in the office a significant amount. For that reason, we ask all AG employees to be in the office at least three days per week in a typical week. We also value flexibility and in some cases, we provide additional opportunities for people to work remotely, taking into consideration role, tenure, firm contributions, and geography.
Paid Time Off
Vacation, sick time, and holiday time are available to employees to enjoy throughout the year. AG encourages employees to take time off to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Parental and Family Care Leave
AG provides a generous amount of paid time off for parental leave (for birth parents and non-birth parents), and family care leave to care for a family member who is ill or injured.

Analysis Group offers employees ski trips, holiday parties, summer outings, catered lunches, and happy hours.
Tuition Reimbursement
The firm offers up to $5,250 per year for approved courses taken at accredited institutions.
Global Employee Assistance Program
A robust employee assistance program through Lyra is available to employees across all AG offices worldwide.
Family Support Resources
AG employees are eligible to access Maven for support throughout the family formation journey – including fertility, adoption, surrogacy, parental care, and menopause. Additional resources include emergency back-up child and elder care through Bright Horizons.
Wellness Discounts and Perks
Employees can enjoy a heavily subsidized membership to Wellhub – a platform that provides access to a network of gyms, fitness studios, and wellness apps – as well as discounts on wellness programs through Blue Cross Blue Shield and Rewards Gateway. Subsidies and programs vary by location.
Mobile Device and Data Discounts
Monthly reimbursements for mobile device data plans and a biennial reimbursement of part of the purchase price of a new mobile device are available for employees.

Each AG office provides a café which comes well stocked with various coffees and teas, cold beverages, fruit, and snacks.
