The health and wellness of our employees is at the core of our benefits offerings. Analysis Group has put careful thought into providing a benefits program that provides our valued employees and their families with the choice and flexibility necessary to meet their needs.

Health and Dental Care

Eligible employees have the choice of three preferred provider organization (PPO) medical plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, including a high-deductible health plan with a health savings account. Dental insurance coverage is provided by Delta Dental. Medical and dental coverage are heavily subsidized by AG, and premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis.

AG offers a 401(k) plan through Fidelity Investments. Eligible employees contribute via pre-tax or Roth after-tax dollars, and receive generous matching contributions from the firm.

Life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and long-term disability coverage are provided by Lincoln Financial. Short-term disability coverage provides a generous income replacement for employees who are out of work due to illness or injury.

At AG, we are committed to developing and retaining talent, and want to foster an environment in which we are as engaged and productive as possible. To that end, we believe that it’s best for us to be together in the office most of the time, and that our collective presence in the office is vitally important for the collaboration, mentorship, networking, and cultural cohesion that make AG such a special place. We also believe that over the long term, most of us will have more career growth and offer better support to one another if we are in the office a significant amount. For that reason, we ask all AG employees to be in the office at least three days per week in a typical week. We also value flexibility and in some cases, we provide additional opportunities for people to work remotely, taking into consideration role, tenure, firm contributions, and geography.
