Dr. Balestrieri specializes in the application of economic theory, econometrics, and statistics to questions arising in complex litigation matters and business consulting. He has analyzed antitrust, consumer protection, and competition issues across a range of industries, including health care, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, transportation, telecommunications, technology, and agriculture. Dr. Balestrieri has supported experts testifying on class certification, market definition, liability, and damages.
