Summary of Experience

Dr. Krishnaswamy specializes in the application of microeconomic and econometric tools to litigations in the areas of antitrust, competition, technology, and labor and employment. Her litigation experience includes performing analyses of economic issues related to alleged price-fixing and competitive concerns related to worker misclassification by digital platforms. Dr. Krishnaswamy has supported academic and industry experts and clients in assessing liability, damages, and issues of class certification through all stages of the trial process, including in the preparation of deposition and trial testimony. Her work has also spanned merger reviews, product liability matters, and consulting to technology companies on potential litigations. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Krishnaswamy was a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Southern California, and an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
