Ms. Hunt has more than a decade of experience applying economics, finance, and accounting concepts to a variety of litigation topics, including commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and derivative instruments. She has supported academic affiliates in assessing damages and quantifying potential litigation exposure, assessing the risk quantification and investment strategies of investors, and evaluating both buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes. Ms. Hunt has supported experts in numerous litigation matters involving class action claims and damages claims related to mortgage-backed securities, intellectual property disputes, and other matters involving financial services and consumer products. She has also assisted experts in matters involving corporate governance, the appropriateness and impact of board decisions, and whether boards have followed acceptable decision-making processes. Ms. Hunt has experience in all phases of the litigation process, from assisting clients with pretrial discovery to supporting experts in report and trial preparation.
