  • Fiduciary Monitoring Post-“Tibble”

    The 2015 Supreme Court decision in Tibble v. Edison International, which states that plan fiduciaries have a responsibility to monitor investments and remove imprudent ones, highlights the importance of appropriate plan fiduciary monitoring.
