Summary of Experience
Dr. Cerasa specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistics to litigation and regulatory inquiries in the areas of antitrust, competition, commercial disputes, damages, consumer behavior, and valuation across a range of industries including technology, health care, energy, real estate, entertainment, and manufacturing. He has supported economics and marketing experts in matters involving alleged price-fixing, anticompetitive tying, mergers, false advertising claims, intellectual property disputes, data privacy, and issues of class certification through all stages of the trial process. Dr. Cerasa has also supported experts on behalf of the US Department of Justice to evaluate economic impact and just compensation associated with claims of regulatory takings.
