Mr. Fowler manages teams in the firm’s Data Science & Statistical Modeling and Health Care practices. He supports clients in their decision making by extracting knowledge and insights from data by utilizing advanced statistical approaches and developing bespoke analytics. His recent work includes supporting a pharmaceutical client in a multiyear project to design and build analytic frameworks and infrastructure, enabling the client to present interactive cross-indication economic models (cost effectiveness and budget impact analysis) to payers in support of oncology products with rapidly expanding sets of indications. Mr. Fowler’s strategy work has included developing data-driven machine learning methods to model market segmentation for a novel pain relief treatment. He has also provided economic consulting support in connection with class certification, liability, and damages in the areas of health care, antitrust, and employment.
