Ms. Serra specializes in epidemiology and health economics and outcomes research. She has extensive experience in retrospective database and claims database analyses; patient, physician, and caregiver survey studies; and the assessment of treatment patterns, burden of illness, and real-world safety and effectiveness of treatments. Ms. Serra has conducted research in multiple therapeutic areas, including ophthalmology, dermatology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry.
